Epiphytic on trunk ca. 8 m above ground
in primary forest. Pseudobulbs smooth,
narrowly ovoid. Sepals and lateral
petals dull (greenish- to brownish-)
orange; labellum white to pale orange-
yellow. Ripe frts. rather hard, sharply
angled, yellow-orange-tinged.
