Research. Barro Colorado Island. Inspecting epiphytes for flowers - unusual plant. Though they be sterile are carried back from the field provided they are epiphytes and can survive such a change. In due time, they usually flower here in the laboratory's epiphyte house. Then specimens can be made of the plants. Mounted with PHO 2007-0122.
